Villa Komorebi is an architectural exploration where light becomes material.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of “komorebi”—sunlight filtering through trees—the villa proposes a quiet, contemplative, and deeply sensory architecture.
The project unfolds through a composition of horizontal volumes that frame the landscape and capture constantly shifting natural light.
Rather than imposing form, the architecture acts as a filter, softening the relationship between interior and exterior. Warm materiality, deep tones, and indirect lighting create an intimate atmosphere where time seems to slow down. Here, the experience is not only spatial, but emotional.
