Villa Ha’, named after the Mayan word for “water,” draws its identity from the element that defines the spatial experience: a cascading wall where water flows continuously, creating a surrounding soundscape that accompanies everyday life. More than an aesthetic feature, water becomes a sensory presence —a natural frequency that connects body, space, and environment. Organized across a ground floor and three upper levels, the villa rises as a composition of volumes balancing mass and void. The architecture emerges from solid stone and gradually opens toward light, air, and vegetation. Local materials, double-height spaces, and large openings create an experience where the earthly and the ethereal coexist in harmony.
